Kentucky Lawmaker Wants to Ban Annonymous Online Posting
Last week Kentucky representative Tim Couch introduced a bill that would make anonymous posting online illegal in order to cut down on online bullying.
His bill would require anyone who posts on a website register their real name, address and email with that site. And their full name would be used anytime a comment is posted.
A fine of $500 fine would be levied on the website operator for a first time offense and a $1000 every time thereafter.
